Over all i like to stay here.
I enjoyed staying here with good facilities and check in easier . they will carry our begs until room and the room also very clean.
Breakfast not much choice and to iron cloth we have to do it outside our room.

Good value for money and good for a one night stay-over in KL area.
New facilities - staff are very helpful - good location to KL International Airport
Cleanliness in the rooms, especially the bathroom, needs improvement. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a large group of guests from China at the hotel, hence, they were extremely loud and annoying.

I am not satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I will not recommend it to my colleages.
The staffs are friendly and helpful. The lobby area is beautiful but congested.
Breakfast is LOWSY. We went to the restaurant at 8am but too little menus are served. Only nasi lemak with sambal and egg (served from 8am), the anchovies and other accessories are only served after 9.15am. Food are labelled as mushroom soup/ porridge etc, but food is not served even after we leave at 9.15am. Toilet - door is stained and looked dirty. Iron - have to share and located at the end of the building. Not professional because this shows the hotel standard is similar to school's hostels. Parking - located far from lobby. I have to walk to the parking lot, drive my car to the lobby and load the baggage since its raining. I also have to walk to the control room to get the parking ticket acknowledged by the Bangla and then walk back to the elevator to go to the parking level. Family Room - Room is too congested and too small with all furniture dumped together,

Spread of breakfast and very nice.
Spread of breakfast and very nice... Location is too deep in and all the taxi unaware about this hotel except we inform them that this hotel near Bangi themepark... Staff name Sarah & 1 tall and skiny malay guy in blue uniform (i think he must be manager) was very courtesy and helpfull... Appreciate them for their good services.
Must provide more bell boy help the guese wth luggages... We are family of nine and nobody help us with our luggages. We have to push ourself our luggages to our room.. I thought it is their standard way but i notice other guest which i believe from India was being help with the luggages.. Is it because they thought we are local - Malaysian ? We are foreigner - Singaporean... No matter where u are from, we paid to stayed in this hotel. Service should be equal and fair... That is bad experience for the 1st day we arrive.. The 2nd day, i seek help from the tall malay guy as above i mentioned and Sarah really help us a lot for all our needs with their smilling face and sincerity attitude...
